The terminal,

NirCode in action

BUILT FROM SCRATCH
FOR AGENTS.

WHAT IT DOES

Useful because
it can act.

01

Inspect the whole repo

Read files, search patterns, follow dependencies, and build enough context before changing anything.

02

Delegate with subagents

Split research, debugging, and implementation into focused tasks that run in parallel, then bring results back into one session.

03

Commands that stay close

Use slash commands to switch sessions, inspect state, manage context, and control the agent without leaving the terminal.

04

Bring your own model

Connect OpenAI-compatible providers, Anthropic, or Ollama. Use hosted intelligence or run locally with your own configuration.

05

Rust under the hood

A fast native binary with low overhead, quick startup, and the efficiency to stay responsive in a busy terminal.

SOURCE DROPPING SOON

Start with
the real thing.

NirCode is built in Rust. Once the repository opens, configure a provider in ~/.nir-code/config.toml or use environment variables, then run it from the directory you are working in.

Setup docs coming soon.
